KUALA LUMPUR, March 28 — The current enforcement against motorcycles with loud exhausts focuses on advocacy action, which is issuing of notice for an interview to assist the investigation, rather than issuing of summons, said Transport Minister Datuk Seri Wee Ka Siong.
